Your move was done in 2 load, in the second one truck was half empty!!! You told us there’s nothing left!!! Now you’re saying sth different!!! You had heavy stuff we didn’t charge you for them although you should have pay extra and you’re not saying anything about that!!!!!

Professional at work ...these guys are awesome...I don't get impressed but these guys worked through obstacles that other people put in our way like my new building manager showing up late and not booked the elevator for us

Moe was amazing over the phone. Super nice. The movers themselves on the day were friendly, attentive, and fast. I’d choose them again. We cracked jokes. Also I was about to take a Lyft to my new place to meet the movers there. I had a bad experience with my last move where the movers got to my new place before me and started unloading my stuff right outside main and Broadway which was kinda sketchy. But the movers with Moving Up offered me a ride!! 110% amazing customer service!
