Although 3 hrs late in starting. The movers were professional and polite.

The drivers should be showen how to use a broom. The truck box looked like a garbage dump. We wrapped our electic fireplace with bubble wrap so that it wouldn't get damaged, there were no damage to the outside but it was set on something that had pushed from the bottom and damaged the bottom two shelves. They said that we would have to go through there insurance company that could take up to a month to hear back from them. It costs us $140.00 a hour for two men then we were changed another $250.00 because they had to walk a long hallway. If you are paying by the hour, doesn't that mean that they might have to walk. The estimate was $840.00 , but we paid $1410.47 We didn't mind the extra 1 hour charge because it took a little longer but the extra $250.00 for walking is ridiculous. If these people don't want to walk maybe they should find a differant job. Plus when we were unpacking our boxes, one of boxes with dishes in it were all broken.Would we recommend these movers NO.

I hired them for my 2 bedroom apartment move in Calgary. The movers worked very well and they were respectful. I got a little scatch on my table as I told them not to wrap anything. But overall they were really good and happy with the pricing.

Super professional movers I have ever seen. They stick to their words. The came on exact time as discussed and handle my stuff with proper care. Really happy with the sevice and behavior. Most satisfying thing is No Hidden Charges in end. Whatever they worked they took half payment after loading and rest when started offloading. Will recommend to all 100% trustworthy

They gave a quote and then cane with a 20 ft truck instead of 26 ft. When it was loaded they said they needed half the money in cash to the driver. As I was calling to confirm I got a revised invoice for 3 times what was originally quoted bcs they said it was going to take 10 hours. I got them to offload with the promise of cash once it was unloaded and then I released them and ended up doing the rest ourselves the next day which required renting a uhaul anyway. Even then they sent me a final invoice for $64. I didnt agree but just paid it to get rid of them It was the most horrible experience.
