“Great guys!”
It was a little pricier than anticipated but it was very worth it not having to lift a finger. The guys were hard working and efficient.
“Move didn't happen with Wave Movers”
The move was reserved, deposit paid, for a move commencing between 9:00am-10:00am on Friday, Nov.15th. I confirmed on the 13th and again reiterated that it was important and imperative that the movers arrive on time. At 8:00am of the 15th I was informed that Wave Movers couldn't locate a truck or men to move me at 10:00am. They could possibly come at 5:00pm. This was totally unacceptable as I had to be out of the premises by 5:00pm. This left me completely in the lurch -- I had to find an alternative mover which cost be a lot more. Would I recommend Wave Movers -- NO! NO! NO! and I'm still awaiting the return of my deposit.

“Could have been worse🤔😕”
Movers were 4.5 hours late… truck broke down excuse… the 2 men’s we’re not experienced movers… I had to direct them how to get furniture into elevator… they later said they were doing a favor for a friend and that they were Amazon drivers. I commend them for their hard work but the move should have taken 4 hours not 8. Despite all the extra time was not expensive over the quote but I would not recommend Wave as they don’t seem to have full time experienced employees.
