Excellent team work. Issac and his team were excellent. It was a long day for everyone involved, but they stayed the course. Would recommend to others. It was a long distance move and took longer than we expected due to an accident on the highway.

Your move was completed within our minimum of 3 h of labour plus the drive time to you and back to pour office which is clearly disclosed as well. We appreciate your honest feedback and will be ready to help should you need our assistance again.

“Mansa Movers SHOULD BE AVOIDED!”
The movers clearly could not follow instructions of placing delicate heirloom crystal wine, shot and drinking glasses as well as silverware in the requested front area of the storage unit for easy acres and attainability. Lamp shades were crushed, boxes were unlabeled , the unit was unorganized and a simple instruction to place the heirloom crystal and silverware at the front of the storage for easy access was never addressed and this client made a $1500 trip to Canada to retrieve the crystal and silverware for nothing since it was never found or possibly was STOLEN by the movers. The customer service has yet to follow up with my requests to compensate this client for $1500 in travel expenses not to mention the nearly $1400 in moving expenses it cost to move valuable house items to a storage unit. I highly discourage people from using this company

As you can see the storage was packed very tight due to the amount of items being moved. How did you start your business?
After over 5 years working as a mover, sales agent, operations agent and operations manager of a moving company I have decided to create my own company to uphold the values that we believe in one move at a time and to provide moving services done the Mansa Way.
What makes your services standout?
We take pride in completing a move for our customers. We mean it when we say your move matters by always being transparent and very thorough and commutative with all our customers. moving is stressful and we know what it takes to take that stress away.
What is your top advice for your customers?
The more prepared you are before your move the easier your move will be. Pay attention to details before hiring any moving company and make sure to fully read and understand the moving contract provided to you before hand to avoid any surprises on moving day.
