“Not recommended”
Not at all professional. Used my tools, stained my carpet and no single word of apology. Even though I still had some luggage, they left for the destination and insisted (contrary to the agreement) that dismounting my TV was a favor and not contractual.

rainy day, they made it wonderful, Came 15 minutes early, ready to start. As only part was coming, we walked through first. They listened to me, what I wanted. Communication was fabulous, given I am deaf. They loaded up front bedroom very quickly, including 2 big bookcases, before I relized it. A large wooden table I wanted as a desk, but the legs couldn't come off, they explained why. I accepted leaving it behind, that's good, because it wouldn't fit where planned. I had 3 movers, so, they were able to hand boxes downstairs, chain style, Fast! They told me just relax, or go finish a spot. I got overwhelmed a few times, they just calmly said, that's ok, sit, relax, and let them do it. They quickly packed the remaning kitchen,and my good china. Got bins from back shed. Finished, will meet me at new place. told me go up, stay, they'd got it! Put things things in place. my dining table back together. They made it a great happy day. I was impressed, they deserved the tip.

Top advice for customers : 1. The more you pack your miscellaneous or small items in boxes the more you will save time by saving the movers trips from and to the truck . 2.Always Check the truck after unloading at the destination to make sure no small items or anything is forgotten in the truck . 3 .Put tags on your boxes , and label your destination rooms so the movers can move the items without any directions . This way you can find all your items in the right place at the destination .
