The movers were friendly and hard working, they emptied my condo and storage unit without issues it was the move in where the problems happened - most items were just dropped into the spare room even those clearly marked kitchen & Dining room - heavy items were piled on top of lighter ones crushing some of my things. I was also billed for an extra hour “travel time” that was not mentioned before the move. After complaining they said they would reimburse me but I had to follow up several times for this to happen. I also had damage to my footboard of my bed. On the plus side all my furniture arrived and the move got done in one day. Would I use them again? Probably not.

Smooth until a discrepancy was noted between the quote and actual charges. Still working with management to be refunded. Movers were careful and professional. It was a unique move and it was handled well overall. Would use again

Price ended up being way over the quote. Took 9 hours. They broke 4 different pieces of furniture. Ripped down my new living room curtains in my new place. They used my dolly to move boxes. Didn't bring a hammer.

From arrival they were professional and efficient. They took extreme care with wrapping furniture and inventorying as my contents were in storage for a week between houses. Admin and communication was great. Highly recommend!

For $3800, movers took their time. The initial quote of $600 ballooned to $4100, later reduced to $3800 after negotiation. This massive price hike caused significant stress, especially when the owner demanded immediate payment without offering a payment plan. While relatively professional, the movers had a noticeable odor issue and were excessively slow in packing and unpacking. Their truck broke down, requiring me to boost it with my car. They also left scratches and marks on the walls of the new place, which were difficult to cover up. The overall experience was disappointing given the high cost. The combination of time-wasting, unexpected vehicle issues, property damage, and the enormous discrepancy between the quoted and final price made this move far more stressful and expensive than anticipated. For the price paid, the service fell well short of expectations.

There was a misunderstanding between us and the mover. We were expecting one thing, the mover another. What was done was done well and professionally, but it left a lot that we had expected to be moved.
