We started Sterling Moving Services after seeing how unreliable and inconsistent the moving industry can be. We wanted to build a company focused on professionalism, clear pricing, and a better overall customer experience. In the early days, we handled moves ourselves and learned every part of the process. As demand grew, we built a trained team and strong systems. Today, we complete 80–120 moves each month across Ontario and Quebec while staying focused on delivering smooth, stress-free moves.

What sets us apart is consistency, transparency, and experience. We provide trained crews, fully equipped trucks, and clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. A large portion of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals, which reflects the level of service we deliver.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Our top advice is to choose a moving company based on reliability, not just price. Check reviews, make sure they have a proper business presence (not just a residential address), and confirm they use trained crews and insured, well-equipped trucks.
