They were fast and fit all of my many possessions in the truck. They also tried their best to get my giant wall unit up the narrow stairs several times. I had to disassemble it. I’m not sure they read my “fragile” stickers or the room names. I have a lot to sort through.

“Review for Apollow Moving”
I recently used Apollo for my house move. Overall, the service was efficient, my belongings were handled with care, and the team was generally professional. However, I was disappointed by the behavior of the driver, who appeared to intentionally prolong certain tasks, seemingly to extend the hours and increase the charges. While the move itself went smoothly, this part of the experience left a sour taste. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and ensures more transparency and accountability in future jobs.
“Good start, poor execution”
The move started out great with the quote from Ishan. When it came to moving day, the crew was late, did not have enough equipment, and the driver spent more time on his phone than assisting his helpers. When he did assist, he damaged my reclining couch. There were also other damages which I have tried reporting, but have not received any response from the company. Steer clear, these guys are absolute garbage.

“Long Distance moving completed”
The moving was done in a professional manner. The pricing was also as per the quote. But, they broke one of my night stands while packing and denied to take responsibility for that. Looks like their insurance for moving was just for show. That’s the only downside of their service. Other than that they are punctual and they work professionally.
