Apollo moving

The moving was done in a professional manner. The pricing was also as per the quote. But, they broke one of my night stands while packing and denied to take responsibility for that. Looks like their insurance for moving was just for show. That’s the only downside of their service. Other than that they are punctual and they work professionally.

Great experience, would definitely use again. They don’t leave until the job was done. Quick and efficient.

The movers were very nice people. They helped us until everything was placed properly.

The team showed up a bit late. That was fine frankly we needed some extra time. The guys helped with items that weren’t even part of their job. Helped move a mattress and box spring to neighbour’s yard. After a the long drive and unpacking into the storage unit they were clearly tired. Some boxes clearly labeled fragile were not handled with the level of care we had hoped. We don’t know if anything was broken as everything will be in storage for several months. Overall the guys were quick, friendly and helpful and I would use their service again.

They were able to flex to an unexpected logistical challenge. Very impressed.

They made us wait over 5 hrs but came too late to use condo elevators at destination. With my constant follow up they redeemed themselves by showing up on time the following day 2 young, polite and strong boys to do the job.

In general, the moving experience was very good. Apollo Movers were very careful and wrapped everything. They were respectful of the carpet and laid down large runners to protect. The gentlemen were polite and did not take extended breaks during the day. The only frustration I had was timing. The movers were late showing up to pack the first house, took longer than expected to pack the truck, and were significantly later than expected to arrive to unpack at the second house. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience. I would consider hiring again, but would cement the arrival time down a little more clearly.

Fast quote, flat fee and no surcharge. Best price from all the quotes I got. The guys arrived a little late but made up for it by working really hard. Super friendly. On the other end they remained positive when faced with elevator delays and handled all our furniture with care. Would definitely recommend Apollo movers. Don’t hesitate to book with them.
