“Efficient Movers, But Beware of Hidden Charges”
I recently used Easy2go movers for my move and had a mixed experience. The movers were efficient and handled my belongings with care. However, I was very disappointed with the hidden charges that appeared on my bill. Additionally, they wasted over an hour discussing money matters and still charged me for that time. This made the move more stressful and expensive than it needed to be. While the actual moving service was good, the lack of transparency and the extra charges were unacceptable. I would hesitate to recommend them based on this experience.

When movers arrived they informed me that they will not be able to take all my belongings. I was prepared to carry some of the smaller, delicate items on my own. They said that even the furniture won't fit on the truck. I ended up ordering a second truck from the company. They send smaller truck with only one mover. I was assured by the movers that now they will be able to carry everything. I was informed that there is no need for me to stay there, that we can continue to our new place. Is over 200km. We did the last run explaining what they have to load and left. We were assured that we dealing with professional people and everything will be okay. When the two trucks arrived at the location one of them was half empty. When I checked my items the following day I realized that lots of the stuff was left behind. It cost me extra money, effort and lots of stress to get my items to my new address. What should have been easy and stress free move to my retirement home turn out to be terribl
