The team designated for the move were unprofessional and inefficient. Their inefficiency cost my team extra 5hours with additional cost. Payment Transaction receipt was made available days after persistent request meanwhile, they halted they move exercise insisting we pay for the service before completion! What a nasty way to deal with an organization in such manner.

Even with the torrential rain we were experiencing, the boys were amazing! They were soaked but my boxes had very minimal water on them. They were prompt, polite and fast workers. There was a wee bit of a language barrier but we made it through the day without a single incident. I would highly recommend Wave Movers!
