These men were 2 hours late. They were holding my belongings for money after I paid there bill.They did not finish job. It was late. They said they had to return truck and remove my belongings. They were told to leave on ground and go back to office. I am seniors. They took my stuff back on truck and I paid more money next day.

Dear Ellen you forget to mention that you were fully drunk and your home owner kick you off from your full of smell apartment with everywhere dog and cat shit under couches and under bed . That's why one of our team went back and sending new team always takes time and usually we cancelled this kind of move right away, but your daughter did request to me and you are a senior citizen that's the reason we completed your move. But People like you polluting the business environment in this beautiful country. We are not selling chocolates here, its a hard job and whenever customer is doing suspicious activities we always charge upfront. Also you can not blackmail us with a negative review, we have more than,5000+ happy customers and many referrals every day. Also you have not paid full amount as per invoice. I wish I could post pictures and video from your move. May God give you some positivity.

“A bit disappointed”
After reading so many other positive reviews, I was disappointed in my experience. The price per hour was fair and the people over the phone were kind and accommodating, but the move took twice as long as quoted, the employees complained about the job while completing it, and two of my items were damaged.
