“choose any other company”
movers were slow, until the end of day approached, they left items behind, left the loading residence, before the job was completed, said the truck was full when it was not, they also broke the glass on a computer, they did not pack it but they did transport it and knew it was fragile, my rating would be less than 2 but i had to give them something, I never imagined that a moving company can be so bad.

They refused to try to get our couch in the house, saying that there was no way it would go in. Some friends came a couple of days later and it was in our living room in about 5 minutes.

“Small move, big disappointment”
Movers disassembled bed and had trouble putting back together in new location. After they left bed fell apart. I have contacted Proactive by phone and email to file a claim. They have not responded to my email. I want my tip refunded due to poor service.

“Horrible service”
I would have given 0 stars if I could. They took a total of 9 hous to move stuff from Mississauga to Toronto for a 2 bedroom apartment. This could have been completed in 4 hours but they wasted time carrying small items and thought they sent 2 people only one was actually doing work. My advise would be to not hire them. They did not wrap some of the furniture and said they would put mattresses but not sure how they arranged it in the truck because there was damage on almost all of our furniture. HORRIBLE is how I would like to describe them. I won’t be using Moving 24 in the future because of this company.

I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. As we previously discussed, any increase in hours would require additional payment for the movers. Despite this understanding, your husband called us requesting a discount and used inappropriate language towards our team. We accommodated the request for a discount in good faith. However, when we contacted you to address the language used, you assured us that such behavior was unlikely. Our movers strived to provide the best service possible, and it's disheartening to receive false complaints after their hard work. I have documentation and photos from the service day, which I can share if needed. Our goal is always to ensure customer satisfaction, but we must also protect our team from unwarranted criticism. Thank you for your understanding.
