You get what you pay for. Cactus was more expensive but worth it to me. The crew worked very hard and were careful and efficient.

Very satisfied. Will use again in the future.

Cactus moving was very professional from start to finish. They were very careful with all of my items small or large. They were very efficient!

Just about everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. Mainly, it was unforeseen circumstances that were out of anyone’s control. Nevertheless, the moving staff were friendly and helpful, so was the customer service staff. One thing that could have been better was the estimation of the size of truck and the time it would take. It ended up taking 2 trips. However, I was generously compensated for any inconvenience. All in all, this company is honest and does what it can to make things right.

They were comparatively cheaper with flat rate per hour and no additional costs for fuel etc. The team of 2 arrived on time. They did the job but not the best service as they were not very careful with furniture and did damage things. Overall experience was not great as the guys were arrogant and when they did damage things they complained it was due to the poor quality of the furniture.

Customer service was great. I originally had my date set at end of the month but was able to move in earlier; they were able to move my date with a week's notice. The movers showed up on time. It took 5.5 hours from start til finish. The movers at the end did leave our loveseat and tabletop on the wrong floor so we had to get the cameras checked because we thought they were stolen and then move it ourselves,but aside from that it was a great experience. I would use them again.
